ELEVENTH WEEK

This week we have talked about podcasts. At the first seconds of lesson the teacher asked us whether we hear or see it anywhere. When we said “nooooo!!!!”, the teacher said “you must have seen surely but you don’t remember or you don’t pay attention.” And yes we have seen it before in our cell phones everyday, or we have listened it everyday with our radios.
Podcasting provides a means of publishing audio programs via the Internet. Users can automatically download podcasts (usually mp3 files) onto their computers and transfer these recordings automatically to portable music players such as Apple’s extremely popular iPods. Users can then listen to the files anytime and anywhere they choose.
There are lots of websites about podcasts and you can listen it anywhere you want freely, but you have to be a member of this website and that is very sinple and free.
These websites:
http://www.listen-to-english.com/
http://www.podcastsinenglish.com/index.shtml
http://learnenglish.britishcouncil.org/en/elementary-podcasts
http://www.bbc.co.uk/podcasts/genre/learning
There are lots of websites like that. I have looked and listened some of them and they are really useful and fluent for teachers and also students.
And the teacher asked us to create an audioboo account and record a failure about us. I have made just a memont ago and it is very enjoyable i want my english teacher to listen it 🙂
